Wen Shan Ding, or Wenshan Peak, belonging to Wenshan Village, Jinggu Township, Pu'er City, is also a high-quality ancient tea plantation in the Jinggu tea area, located on the top of the mountain above 2,200 meters above sea level. A good ecological environment that was well-preserved.
Processed in 2012, might be too young for some heavy drinkers. This is a Sheng, a bit dramatic one. A bit shy in the beginning, then opening up slowly and steady, after 3-4 infusions, powered up with depth and richness, tasting the blossom, layers by layers… with floral, fruity jammy notes… The liquor has a smooth texture, a fine and balanced bitterness and pleasant astringency, coming with apricot and peach-like fruits aroma. A living tea that with fresh and vital energy.
