The mystery of the ancient six mountains in Manzhuan has always been worth pondering. Compared with the other six ancient tea mountains, Manzhuan ancient tea has a darker dry leaves color and the unique ecology forms sweetness and umami flavors due to the large number of forests that protect the tea trees from getting too much direct sunlight.
The dry leaves smell floral, and it increases more once warm up in the vessel, pleasant astringent mouthfeel in the middle and posterior parts of the upper jaw, there are interesting undertones hidden in and under the floral notes and bitterness.
Brewing Suggestions
Gongfu Style:
8g per 100ml in a Teapot or Gaiwan
Boiled water for the whole session is recommended, use spring water or filtered water
10s for the first infusion to awake the tea, discard the water as you wish, 25s, 35s, and prolong 10s to 15s for the next infusions accordingly.Western Brewing:

95-100°C according to your taste, use spring water or filtered water
