    A beautiful mix of balsamic glazed fruit chips with cranberry, plum, melon candy hints, it tastes like a sugar cane juice with a slightly bitter finish in the first infusions, coming with cooked corn and white flower notes in the wet leaves,  butter, nutty hints pop up on the lid when cools down a bit.

  • Brewing Suggestions

    Gongfu Style:

    6-7g per 100ml in a Teapot or Gaiwan

    Boiled water for the whole session is recommended, use spring water or filtered water.
    10s/15s/15s/20s/20s/25s/30s and +10s for later infusions.
